As homeowners we have required the services of a real estate agent numerous times in the past. We have come to set our standards high when it comes to what we expect from an agent. Paul did not disappoint us. He met, and even exceeded our expectations. He suggested the "little things" that we could do to make our house more "sellable" and we feel this helped us to get the full asking price on our home. He is a straightforward, determined and aggressive professional who knows the current market. He is a great communicator who sets very high standards for himself.
