We just wanted to write you a quick note to say thank you for all of your hard work, helping us purchase our new home in Woodbury. You went above and beyond the call of duty, which made our relocation from Indiana to Minnesota a smooth transition. You came to meetings, you worked on your days off, you made phone calls, and you checked in on us. You even volunteered to attend meetings here in Minnesota when we couldn't get back here from Indiana. Building a new home in a different state can be quite challenging, but we weren't concerned that any detail would be over looked because we knew you were on the job all the time. We NEVER had that kind of personalized attention from any realtor!
You showed us the right homes that met our requirements and we ultimately chose the oerfect home for us, with your help. We love our new home, and working with you was a pleasure for us. Our experience as first time home buyers with Kim could not have gone any smoother then it did. We met Kim through my sister and her husband, as Kim had also supported them buying their first home. From our initial meeting with Kim and establishing our needs and wants in a home, to scheduled showings, and through signing the paperwork at closing. Chad and I were always very comfortable with Kim and confident in her abilities and knowledge of the real estate market.
Prior to working with Kim, we did not understand much at all about the buying process, however we never felt hesitation in asking Kim any number of questions we had. She openly shared her objective thoughts with us and guided us to make our own decisions based on her experience and market trends. We never felt any amount of stress or pressure, as every step was explained to us in detail to ensure that we understood exactly what was happening or was going to happen.
After hearing nightmarish tales of home closings from friends, we have zero negativity to contribute following the closing on our town home. The process was very well organized and flowed exactly as was described to us while meeting Kim prior to our close. We were further comforted with our decision to work with Kim as she was complimented numerous times by the seller's realtor as well as others present.

The most challenging part of purchasing was agreeing with Nate on what we were looking for, luckily you were able to incorporate what was important to both of us and suggested places for us to look at which helped because we ended up buying one of your suggestions. It was a nice experience working with you and Paul because you were both very flexible working with our completely opposite working schedules. Finally I would recommend you to other clients because after a few brief conversations with both of us you knew exactly what we wanted and gave us more options tha we started with that we ended up liking better.
