For Sellers
Selling your home shouldn't be a stressful ordeal. Making the smart move of choosing a REALTOR® is your first step to ensuring that your investment in your home pays off. Yes, the market has changed. Now more than ever you must choose an experienced agent who knows the area and community you live in. Your homes value has declined but whether you are moving over or upward, you will make it up. In marketing your home, it takes more than a sign in the yard and simple lip service to get your home SOLD. My 20+ years of superior service and experience allow you to focus on your move while I manage your home sale from our initial consultation to the closing and beyond. I helped nearly 50 families in 2009 sell their homes quicker and with less hassles allowing them to move on with their lives. My business year in and out reaches 80% from referrals. Give me an opportunity to meet with you, sell your home and you too will gladly send me referral business. If for any reason you are in a potential Short Sale or Foreclosure situation, give me a call for a confidential consultation. An example of a Short Sale situation would be where let's say you purchased your home for $300,000 back in 2005 and a mortgage amount close to that. Now in 2010 it is worth $250,000. With Realtor fees, etc.., you would be near a potential net sale of $230,000. You owe approx. $300,000, your net is $230,000. Who comes up with the $70,000 shortfall. This is where we step in to negotiate with your bank to make up the difference. Yes, we negotiate with your bank to pay your shortfall including Realtor fees. In the past year we've dealt with some some great folks where hardship has come their way. Please, do not be embarassed. Life happens. Do not let your home go into foreclosure by any means. We will work together to get your bank to accept an amount less than you owe. It will nick your credit but it is better than being foreclosed on. We can also help with credit restoration. I love this business and I want to help. DO NOT leave this area to chance.
